ISTFA 2011 Panel Discussion: Finding the 'Invisible Defect'

The ISTFA 2011 Panel Discussion took place on Thursday, November 17, at 8 a.m. Dr. Bill Vanderlinde, IARPA, served as the moderator, and the three panel members were Dr. Ted Lundquist of DCG Systems, Dr. Frank Altmann of the Fraunhofer Institute for Mechanics of Materials, and Mr. Joe Colangelo of Raytheon Network Centric Systems. The session was rather short, but some excellent topics were presented and great questions/thoughts/opinions were shared.
