Brenntag to Launch IPO this Month

Brenntag plans to launch its previously announced Initial public offering (IPO) next week and has announced that shares in the IPO will be priced at ?46-?56/share. The IPO would raise about ?480 million-?590 million at those prices. However, if Brenntag sells all of the additional shares it may offer in a possible "greenshoe option," the company could raise up to ?837 million. Brenntag is planning to offer up to 14.95 million shares, including the greenshoe option, of which 10.5 million would be newly issued shares. The IPO sub- scription period is due to end on March 26 and Brenntag shares are due to be listed from March 29.
