摘要

An experiment was conducted with wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) genotypes HD 3086, to study the effect of exogenous SA on the activity of the antioxidant enzymes and the expression of HSP70 gene as well as on the levels of oxidative stress indicators, such as lipid peroxidation and H_ levels under heat stress condition. Salicylic acid (SA) was sprayed on leaves of wheat plant before exposirxg to hiO_2gh temperature, SA treatanents decreased the contents of hydrogen peroxide and thiobarbituric acid reactive substances, a measure of lipid peroxidation, compared to heat stressed unsprayed plants, SA modulated the antioxidant system, by the increase in activities of superoxide dismutase (33,3%), ascorbate peroxidase (32,55%) and decreased the catalase activity (18.8%) over heat stressed without SA treated plants. As compare to heat stressed plant the SA along with heat stress induced greatly the gene expression of HSP70.
