More than two years after the rupee rose to Rs.38 against the dollar, hurting export-oriented industries like IT, textiles and others, a strong domestic currency is once again returning to haunt the country's biggest employers. Analysts say exporters will be really worried if the rupee breaches Rs.44, Earlier this week, the Confederation of Indian Textile Industries warned that realisations of exporters w ill begin to fall sharply if the rupee appreciates against the greenback.
