AUTOMATED FOREIGN CURRENCY EXCHANGING MACHINE (US DOLLAR TO INDIAN RUPEES)

Currency Exchange system on 24x7 bases. The machine will execute exchange of the USThe present invention relates to Automated Currency Exchange Machine. This invention will afford client services with Automatic DOLLARS (USD) to INDIAN RUPEES (INR) in a trouble-free and cost effective manner. The machine has three parts. They are Deposition, Detection and Exchange. Deposition part consists of a block that accepts USD bills one by one using rollers (as in a printer). In detection part these bills are passed over the conveyors under UV light and color sensors, to identify original and valid currency bills, also to find their denominations and reject counterfeit notes. In exchange section the INR currency corresponding to the total USD deposited is given out one by one using rollers. The currency rates can be updated by the bank using a Database (by In System Programming of the E2PROM using keyboard). The controller used is ATMEL and software used for coding is EMBEDDED C.
