INNOVATIVE ACTIVITIES IN SELECTED COMPANIES IN THE BAKERY AND CONFECTIONARY SECTOR

摘要

The aim of the studies is to present the extent of innovativeness in the bakery and confectionary sector on the basis of the selected companies located in two comparable urban areas in Warmińsko-Mazurski region and Kujawsko-Pomorski region. This paper presents the findings of our own studies which involved the identification of innovative activities and their extent in the selected areas. We tried to compare the extent of innovativeness in the companies located in the two regions.
