Cross-border cooperation of poland in the context of integration with the European Union

摘要

The paper is an attempt at presenting cross-border cooperation of Poland after accession to the European Union. Cross-border cooperation creates opportunities for embarking on joint undertakings by partners from the neighboring countries offering bythe same a starting point for the processes of integration in contemporary Europe. Membership of Poland in the European Union will result in important changes aiming at closing the social and economic differences between border areas.
