PA Resources has picked up a swathe of new licences in the North Sea after agreeing a buy-up of the UK's Scotsdale Ltd.PA said Scotsdale has built a robust portfolio of acreage offshore the UK and Denmark.The company operates a total of 10 licences covering 16 blocks in the North Sea and is a joint venture partner in a licence in the East Irish Sea.
