Petrobras has reiterated its desire to forge a partnership with Mexico's Pemex for deepwater oil and gas exploration and production activity, if the political path is opened up for such a venture."We're ready to take on risks as we already have all the knowledge in deep waters," Petrobras chief financial officer Almir Barbassa told reporters on the sidelines of a seminar in Rio.
