India's state-owned Oil & Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) expects the development of three marginal fields offshore the country to produce 46.5m bbl of oil and 2.7 Bcm (95 Bcf) of gas.ONGC has awarded the service contract for development of its B-192, B-45 and WO-24 fields that lie southwest of the Bombay High complex to a consortium of Hindustan Petroleum Corporation (HPCL), Prize Petroleum and Malaysia's M3nergy.
