We all strive to achieve success for our construction projects and one of the key determinative factors for measuring that success is whether the client is satisfied with the project as it progresses and when it is said to be complete. Often, the client having input into the decision-making process and the project manager allowing for and incorporating the client's feedback as the project proceeds, are considered to be beneficial tools to ensure the client has bought into the project's objectives and methodology and this allows the client to have ownership of the project's success or otherwise.
