UK West Franklin tenders

Total is about to launch a pre-qualification process for a new platform for its West Franklin field in the UK sector of the North Sea. A tender process is already underway for a jacket for the challenging project and the topsides will be the subject of a new tender imminently. The platform will form part of the Phase 2 development of the field.
