Libya's state-owned National Oil Corp(NOC)has sealed a gas exploration agreement with Poland's PGNiG that will enable the Polish operator to spud a minimum of eight wells at a cost of around US 110m.The deal was signed in Tripoli,Libyan officials said.It follows similar deals that have been inked recently between NOC and foreign operators that were awarded blocks in December in Libya's first licensing round with a major gas focus,reported Reuters.
