Four foreign operators and four domestic players have tabled bids for Zambia's licensing round that offered 23 blocks in three provinces. The UK's GP Petroleum and Petrodel are in the hunt, as well as US player Glint Energy and Canada's Exile Resources, said permanent secretary for the Ministry of Mines and Minerals Development Godwin Beene.
