Failure is not an option for operators in this low oil price environment. Big Data is key to maximizing production. Placement of clusters and stages, tighter spacing, staying in the zone, fracture propagation, higher production efficiency-everything operators are doing to be more efficient and maximize production are based on trying to help lower the costs per barrel of oil equivalent and improve effectiveness of the stimulation.
