UK Stella appraisal planned

Ithaca Energy has acquired stakes in the UK North Sea Stella and Harrier Shallow discoveries from Shell and ExxonMobil.Ithaca has picked up a 66.67% working interest in the finds,which lie in UKCS Block 30/6 for an initial consideration of US 15m.A further payment of 15m will become payable to Shell and ExxonMobil at the time of Field Development Plan approval and proceeds from production will be subject to a 5% over riding royalty.
