Olsen reshapes Dolphin

Fred Olsen is to spend US 300m upgrading the semisubmersible drilling rig the Blackford Dolphin.The drilling unit, formerly the Ocean Liberator, will be able to operate in up to 7,000ft (2,134m) of water and will feature a new high capacity drilling package and deck layout resulting in a state of the art deepwater specification.
