FLNG option for PNG Pandora

Canadian independent Talisman is considering a floating LNG(FLNG)vessel for its Pandora gas prospect offshore Papua New Guinea(PNG).The Pandora field has between 1.5-2.3 Tcf of potential gas reserves in place and is a rare offshore gas development option for PNG.The project is a stranded gas field at present and also has recovery issues that need to be resolved.A development solution is also not yet finalised but there are two clear favourites,said Lawrence Bernstein,senior exploration manager for Talisman.
