Color System Spa,after having achieved in the year 2000 the UNI EN ISO 9002:94 certification,has effected the passage into UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 with the introduction of the process of Research and Development at the beginning of 2003.Such change,which has been strongly wished by the top management,has given to the company an improvement of the effectiveness and efficiency level both inside and towards the market.From a hierarchical vision of the company,Color System has passed to a process vision;key processes,their aims and the performance indicators have been identified;and we are still searching for an improvement.Color System customers have become more;and more the focal point of its job.
