Tehran counts down to tender launch

Iran's state-owned NIOC has fixed a date of 15 February for the launch of a tender to develop its 26.5bn bl South Azadegan oil field. The project will be the largest on offer to foreign companies under the country's eagerly awaited post-sanctions upstream opening.
