Biscuits "Nizhnist-Hloria" (Softness-Gloria) comprise two sweet-dough half-finished products joined by filling. The half-finished products of a round shape joined between each other by filling of milk-custard mass with addition of dry non-fat milk, and the outer surface of the cookies is coated by sugar syrup and then is covered by crumbs of a sheet half-finished product.
