When I started reading this book, I thought it would be like any other and that I would read it like any other -from cover-to-cover - but it is not like any other book. This really is a reference book and its title suggests how it is to be used - to find the answers to questions about construction contracts. Without question, it remains readable but, like the FAQ section of a website, it really comes into its own when a question needs answering, providing a wealth of answers to the kind of questions to be found in many contracts involving that eternal triangle - Architect, Contractor and Employer.
