Cambodia and Thailand have revived talks for joint offshore energy exploration along their disputed sea border, according to Dow Jones & Co. Although the two sides have tried to negotiate drilling rights along their border, the countries have not been able to determine a satisfactory settlement in the Gulf of Thailand. "As both countries need income from oil and gas, we should reach an agreement very soon," said Cambodian Foreign Minister Hor Namhong after meeting his Thai counterpart in Phnom Penh to discuss re-starting the talks.
