Sembcorp Marine's subsidiary Jurong Shipyard has won a $291.6-million contract to build an accommodation semisubmersible rig with options for another two units from Prosafe. Scheduled for delivery in the second quarter of 2014, the accommodation semisubmersible rig will be built based on the GVA 3000E design.
