Sembcorp Wins Ivar Aasen Contract

Sembcorp Marine has won a contract from Statoil to build a $725-million offshore platform integrated topside, which will be bound for the Ivar Aasen development in the Norwegian sector. Sembcorp signed a letter of intent with Det Norske Olje- selskap (DNO) to undertake the engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) work of the topside.
