Norway's Statoil Wednesday announced an oil find in the Cabaca South East-2 well n Block 15/06 off Angola. The well, 470 meters below sea level, lies about 100 km rom the coast. During production tests, it lowed 34° API crude at rates of about 7,000 b/d; the rate was limited by surface facilities.
