PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a high-quality angora-blended spun knit having reduced fallen fibers without increasing the production cost by spraying vinyl acetate when blending angora raw material fiber and a nylon fiber, spinning and knitting the blended fibers and further heat treating the spun and knitted fibers. ;SOLUTION: Vinyl acetate solution having 3% concentration is sprayed at a normal temperature while simultaneously blending 80-20% angora raw material fiber with 20-80% nylon fiber. The sprayed blended fibers are spun according to a conventional method to provide a blended yarn, the blended yarn is knitted to provide a knit and the knit is heat-treated at 140°C to provide the objective blended knit from which fibers are hardly left.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
