Hydrothermal synthesis and crystal structure of one-dimensional organic/inorganic hybrid material: [Mo4O12(2,2 '-bpy)(3)](n)

摘要

A new polyoxomolybdenum compound [Mo4O12(2,2-bpy)(3)](n) (1) (2,2'-bpy = 2,2'-bipyridine) has been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, TG analysis, and single crystal X-ray diffraction. The solid state structure is a 1D chain with a repeat unit of three corner-sharing {MoO4N2} octahedra and one {MoO4} tetrahedron. (c) 2006 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
