The repair of rubber articles-conveyer belts,tyres,etc.-is more beneficial from the economic and technical viewpoints than their replacement with new articles.The main task of repair is to restore the efficiency of the failed unit so that the reparied article is as close as possible to the orginal article in its combination of properties.
