A computational study is made on mixed convective heat transfer from a parallel plate channel using governing equation for both gas phase and condensate layer thickness under simultaneous heat and mass transfer representing condensation on a parallel plate. Inlet pressure is allowed to vary from 0.5 bar to 1.0 bar. Other parameters, like, thermal Grashof number (Gr(t)), buoyancy ratio (B-r), Reynolds number (Re), Jakob number (Ja), channel length (LW) are varied from 462 to 1.92 x 10(4), 0.228 to 1.93, 26 to 2000, 0.0156 to 0.047, 37.5 to 75. Local variation of sensible heat Nusselt number and condensation Nusselt number are presented and induced velocity, pressure drop, overall sensible heat Nusselt number, overall condensing Nusselt number are correlated with the governing parameters.
