摘要

Using contact conductometry, nickel was determined by titration with EDTA solution. The determination was carried out in a wide range of pH (from 2.3 to 8.1) and Ni~2+ concentration (5X10~-2 to 1X10~-4 M). It was found that the presence of Cr~3+, Fe~3+, Mn~2+ or SeO_3 ~2+ as cer tain ratios did not have significant effect on the determination of nickel. The method proposed can be used to find nickel concentration in various industrial media: waste waters from sulphuric acid nickelling in galvanic coating facilities where certain contents of Cr~3+, Fe~3+ and Mn~2+ are present, as well as for determination of NiSeO_3 solubility in water. The relative error was about 1% and analysis time did not exceed 5-7 min.
