Mayer-Rokitansky-Kuster-Hauser (MRKH) syndrome is a rare congenital condition characterized by vaginal agenesis and various mullerian duct abnormalities. Vaginal dilators are used for the first line of therapy for reconstruction because they have a high success rate and low morbidity [1-3]. A common approach is the Frank method of vaginal dilation, which consists of graduated vaginal dilators that are used to put pressure on the vaginal dimple [4].
