Onee upon a time, in a town near you, there I lived an elderly gentleman. His name was Robert but he had always been known as Robbie. He was 93 and despite his complex medical history over recent years (a stroke, a hip fracture, bowel cancer and being a little forgetful) he lived independently with Rose, his wife, carer and best friend. He had a supportive family and an active happy life.Then one day Robbie felt suddenly unwell. He had a high temperature and became acutely confused. Now you can make a choice.
