PCR amplification of 16s rrn gene of Salmonalla typhimurium Indian isolates of avian origin

Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was used to amplify 16s ran gene from 20 Salmonell typhimurium field isolates of avain origin. The unique 550 bp products were obtained from all the isolates.
