We report the original case of a patient who developed watermelon stomach revealing generalized essential telangiectasia (GET). Our findings suggest that physicians should be aware that watermelon stomach may reveal GET; our data indeed underline that when watermelon stomach is noted at endoscopy, careful cutaneous clinical examination should systematically be performed.
