Rear axle design optimization for 2WD & 4WD Duster

摘要

This study explains the key conditions to succeed to have different rear axles (2WD and 4WD) on the same rear unit. The main points detailed in the study are: the management of two different wheel trajectories, two different kinematics and compliance characteristics, and how to share the same interfaces for the two different axles.
