Australia May Be More Open To ISDS In TPP With Government Change

SINGAPORE - If Australia sees a change in government as a result of elections set for this September, the new government may be more willing to consider subjecting Australia to an investor-state dispute settlement (ISDS) mechanism in a final Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) deal, according to an Australian business representative.
