摘要

Two novel morpholine-containing silicon(IV)phthalocyanines,namely bis(2-morpholine)ethoxy phthalocyaninatosilicon(2)and bis(2-(N-methyl-morpholine))ethoxy phthalocyaninatosilicon diiodide(3),have been prepared.The complexations of these two compounds with three serum proteins including the bovine serum albumin,human serum albumin,and transferrin have also been investigated.The non-aggregated compound 3 exhibits a high photodynamic activity towards B16 melanoma tumour cells with an IC_(50)value of 0.30 mu M.
