From March 2009 to January 2011, 20 children of displaced lateral condylar fracture of the humerus in age group four to ten years were treated by k-wire and pop cast above elbow. Meantime for union was three weeks and mean humeroulnar arch motion at last review as 137.8 degree. Only one patients had a five degree increase carrying angle in valgus as compare to the non-injured side and 50% had permanent scar >4 mm, most of the union occur in three to four week after open reduction and internal fixation with two k-wire.
