Objective To investigate the effect of Kirschner wire with small anterolateral incision in treatment of children shift supracondylar fractures. Methods 67 cases of children with shift the supracondylar fracture were applied to the small incision approach with Kirschner wire treatment. A small incision was cut through the lateral elbow, surgeon index finger into the fracture front help reset to maintain a fixed fracture to guide the drill into the direction of Kirschner. Results All patients were followed up. The average time for their clinical healing is 4 to 6 weeks. According to Flynn scoring, they got an excellent rate of 89. 6%. Conclusion The small incision anterolateral Kirschner method surgical operation is simple, with shorter operation time and smaller cut, the recovery of elbow function in children is good without neurological complications of vascular injury, the method is worthy of widely application.%目的 探讨小切口外侧入路克氏针治疗儿童移位肱骨髁上骨折的临床疗效.方法 应用小切口外侧入路克氏针方法治疗儿童移位肱骨髁上骨折67例,通过肘外侧小切口入路,术者食指伸入骨折前方帮助复位维持固定骨折,引导克氏针钻入的方向.结果 所有患者均获随访,骨折4～6周达到临床愈合.根据Flynn评分标准,获得了89.6％的优良率.结论 小切口外侧入路克氏针方法治疗儿童移位肱骨髁上骨折,手术操作简单,时间短,创伤小,患儿肘关节功能恢复好,无神经血管损伤并发症,值得临床推广应用.
