Efficacy of herbal antidiarrhoeal therapy with reference to biochemical study in calf diarrhoea

There was increase in serum total protein, albumin, globulin, potassium and chloride and decrease in sodium in diarrhoeic calves. Better improvement was observed in calves treated with combination therapy as compared to bael fruit powder+ORS and shisham leaves powder +ORS given alone.
