I For the purpose of this article, I would like to define service agreements as any pre-paid, planned maintenance program, whether some parts and labor are covered or not. I believe that most technicians rush through these visits and that they have not developed the skills to make the most of every opportunity. Let's look at the sequence of events and strategies for increasing add-on sales while fulfilling a pre-paid service agreement.
