Seat has been miscuing for a decade. But now there's a new boss with a new plan, and this great-looking coupe concept is just the start. Hilton Holloway approves. Your first glimpse of the Seat IBE could easily result in confusion. It is very hard to grasp the true size of this concept, even when you are standing next to it. It looks like it might be a coupe supermini. But the IBE is 25cm shorter than an Ibiza and 22cm lower. And it is more than 10cm wider than Seat's smallest car.
