On the reduction of a polynomial-matrix model of a linear multivariable system to generalised-state-space form

The main purpose of this work is to review some old and new algorithms which reduce a general polynomial system matrix to an 'equivalent' system matrix in 'generalized-state-space form' in a matrix-transformation sense via the concept of full system equivalence.
