The storm of the century

A huge dump of hailstones had formed blocks of ice on the roof. This prevented water from draining away and it streamed into our top floor office. The water disintegrated the acoustic tile ceiling - leaving electrical cabling, lights and alarms hanging - and it soaked our carpet. We were fortunate no equipment suffered water damage. We have temporarily moved to offices provided by the building owner on level one. Business disruption was kept to a minimum, but it will be months before we return to our leased office.
