摘要

IF YOU don't have edibles within your plant range, you're missing out - it's as simple as that. Since the 'foodie phenomenon' of the past five years, the public has become increasingly aware of what it eats and where it came from. MasterChej and My Kitchen Rules are just two of the television programs which have further heightened this interest. The natural link between the kitchen and the garden is greater than it has ever been. No longer are people just happy to have a bunch of chives in a pot on the window sill. They are looking for a patch of their own to grow the tried and tested building blocks of cooking such as parsley, mint and basil, along with experimenting with things they've only seen once in a recipe on the box or in a magazine.
