AREGIONAL Queensland florist has proven distance is no barrier when it comes to merging horticulture and technology.The Bundaberg-based Flower Box Florist has just released its own iPad application, allowing the user to order flowers at the touch of a screen. The iPad program comes on the back of its successful iPhone application, which was the first of its kind in Australia. Launched in November last year, Flowers-byphone is the brainchild of Peter Moller, who owns Flower Box Florist with his wife Karen.
