PERRIN Hicks started his career in the dairy industry milking 100 cows and now, 18 years later, he manages a 450-cow dairy farm. Throughout his career, Mr Hicks has continued to learn, develop and up-skill to reach where he is today. "The dairy industry has been really supportive of me through the past 18 years and has provided every opportunity for me to learn about a career that I love," he said.
