Russia’s state-controlled Gazprom has revealed details of this year’s gas transportation investment priorities, with export routes to Europe at the top of the list. It has cut overall capital expenditure on transportation for 2015 to 416.4bn roubles ($6.3bn) down by Rbs26.1bn from initially planned levels, largely because of the halt in work on feeder lines for the proposed 63bn m~3/yr Turkish Stream pipeline. The board approved the revised figure on 20 October, but details did not emerge until 20 November.
