Statistical analysis of a young stellar cluster surrounding the source IRAS 05137+3919 at a distance of 4.4 kpc reveals four binary objects and one triplet. These include a pair of Ae/Be Herbig stars. The percent content of multiple systems in the cluster is mf = 5-6% and cp = 10-13%. The masses of the components of the multiple systems range from similar to 1 to 8 M (aEuro) and logP (P is the rotation period in years) ranges from 4.4 to 4.7. The median value of the mass ratio of the components is q = 0.86. The percentage and parameters of the multiple systems are similar to data on other star formation regions (ONC, Perseus, UScoA) for which the parameters mf and cp are comparable to the results obtained for the stellar population of the field.
